Terms & Conditions for Home Cleaning Coaching & Systems Suite Last Updated: May 17, 2026

Welcome to Home Cleaning Coaching (the "Company"). By purchasing, subscribing to, or participating in any of our coaching programs, consulting services, courses, masterminds, or white-labeled software suites (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Scope of Work

Coaching & Consulting: The Company provides business coaching, mentorship, educational resources, and strategic consulting. Coaching sessions (whether 1-on-1 or group) must be utilized within the timeframe specified in your specific package details. Unused coaching hours or sessions do not roll over and are non-refundable.

Software Access: Certain packages include access to our custom, white-labeled GoHighLevel software platform (the "System").

2. Fees, Payment, & Automatic Subscription Billing

Subscription Packages & Free Trials: If you sign up for a package that includes a free trial (e.g., a 14-day trial), you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method on file will automatically be charged the recurring monthly fee (e.g., $97.00/month) until explicitly canceled.

Fixed-Term & High-Ticket Packages: For custom coaching packages, payment plans, or upfront enrollment fees, you agree to make all payments on their respective due dates. Authorizing a payment plan binds you to complete the entire payment schedule regardless of your program participation level.

Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time will result in the immediate suspension of coaching calls, program access, and software sub-account access until the balance is paid in full.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Coaching & Digital Services: Because our coaching programs deliver immediate access to intellectual property, downloadable assets, templates, community access, and proprietary business snapshots, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated returns for any coaching services or past billing cycles once a payment has processed.

Software Cancellation: For monthly software subscriptions, you may cancel at any time via your user billing portal or by contacting support. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your monthly renewal date. Upon cancellation, your sub-account data and system access will be deactivated immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided to you during your coaching or inside the software (including but not limited to funnel templates, automations, snapshots, worksheets, videos, and scripts) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

You are granted a single, non-transferable license to use these resources only for your own home cleaning business. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reselling, sharing, or distributing our proprietary templates and training materials to external third parties.

5. Professional Disclaimer & Earnings Guarantee

No Guarantees: While our Services provide proven business strategies, frameworks, and software tools designed to scale a cleaning business, the Company makes no guarantees regarding specific financial results, revenue increases, or business growth. Your individual success depends entirely on your execution, local market conditions, and personal effort.
