From Bathtub Breakdown To $90K/Month: Erin's Story

Erin was completely burnt out.

Sitting in the bathtub — the one place she could get two hours alone from her kids — she made a decision: either close the cleaning business for good, or find a coach who'd already done it.

She found us that same day.

In this video, Erin shares how her business went from $25,000/month to a first-ever $90,000 month in just 15 months — and what actually changed.

Spoiler: it wasn't a secret hack. It was having a system to follow and the commitment to actually implement it.

His Wife Got Injured — Then They Hit $100K/Month

When Lamar and Alexis joined, they were doing about $10K a month. Last month they did over $100K.

They didn't start in cleaning — they got sick of contractors ignoring the checklist at their Airbnbs, so they started their own company, sold the portfolio, and kept the cleaner, more scalable business.

In the early days Alexis was up at 5 a.m. cleaning restaurants, running two or three more cleans, then serving all night — until she got injured and had to come out of the field. That was the push.

Their answer for how they got to $100K? "The Kobe mentality. I just gotta be a little better at what I'm doing every single day."

$0 to $94,821/Month in 3.5 Years

Nicole's first-ever sale, in February 2023, was $200.

This past July, she closed the month at $94,821.

For months she was stuck around $57K, running the whole thing largely alone — "some days my only communication is my nine-year-old daughter."

What broke the plateau was getting back on weekly coaching:

"I have no doubt in my mind that I would still be sitting around that 57, 60K mark if I didn't start doing coaching calls."

Now she's got three VAs, a sales rep, and — in her words — time on her hands.

$20k/Mo In A Decade To A $100K/mo In 18 months

Jessica struggled to get to $20,000 a month in 10 years.

She was a solo cleaner who told herself she loved the freedom.

But if she didn't work — she didn't get paid.

That's not freedom.That's a job.

Here's what actually changed:

She had a system to attract new clients.

A system to convert them profitably.

And a system to bring on reliable cleaners — so the business could run without her carrying it alone.

$20K to $100K. Same business. Same hours in the day.

0 to $78K/Month in Under 2 Years

Gregorio started his cleaning business in October 2024 completely broke — no systems, no team, just a phone and a list of numbers to call.

Now, less than two years later, he's projected to hit just over $78,000/month — and hasn't made a single sales call in weeks. His team runs the day-to-day while he leads from the top.

"You've given me such a huge shortcut," he says. "Seven and a half, eight years of not having to deal with my pricing, or how to talk to people, or how to hire — figuring all that out on my own."

From $10k to $120K/Month Instead of Becoming An ER Doctor

He was one year from finishing his medical residency — 80-hour weeks, minimum wage, the whole grind ahead of him.

Then he watched his wife Emily build a cleaning business to $10,000/month on her own, cleaning Airbnbs.

So he walked away from medicine and went all in.

Last month they did $120,000 in revenue — and he's now working 15–20 hours a week, with enough freedom to float the river on a Tuesday and be home with his one-year-old son.

His advice for anyone doubting they can do the same: "If you stay skeptical, you're just never gonna get there."

How Renee Went From $35k/mo To Over $70k/mo In 2 Years.
